O’Neil Dennis is the founder and CEO of AStepFWD, UK Christian Charts, StepFWD Awards, iMPACT Conference. In March 2014 he brought the UK Christian Charts vision to life and it is currently the only national independent charting system in the UK for the Christian & Gospel music community. He is a creative visionary whose motto is “only the best is good enough.” Known for his passion for selfless service and excellence, he approaches even the simplest tasks with the mindset of working “as unto God.”

With a background in PR & Marketing and Business Development, Dennis has achieved much, including awards and accolades. He is truly a visionary with a creative mindset, who sees possibilities in even the most challenging of situations.

Dennis has spearheaded numerous impactful initiatives, including the Music & Media Conference, Christmas Live, The Big Convo, the UK stops for the Poets in Autumn World Tour, the Masterclass Series, and the StepFWD Awards, among others. Dennis has achieved much, including awards and accolades in a very short space of time. His consultancy and project management skills have attracted collaborations with global icons such as Kirk Franklin, Israel Houghton, Kim Burrell, Donald Lawrence, BeBe Winans, Sinach, and Graham Kendrick.
